OvrX Manufacturing Inc. warrants that its Insulated Wall Panels are manufactured free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of its original purchase and for the subsequent period of twenty-five (25) years.

The limited 25 year warranty is subject to the following conditions:

- OvrX wall panels must be properly installed in accordance with the recommended installation instructions.

- OvrX wall panels must be used indoor in residential areas only.

- Warranty does not apply to damage caused by household mechanical failures, flooding, standing water, natural disasters or natural cause elements.

- OvrX wall panels that contain any post-manufacturing defects are not covered by this warranty.

- OvrX wall panels must be used in strict conformity with its intended and expressly recommended use.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and installation site and is not transferable.

Any claim under the 25 year limited warranty shall be made by contacting your local retailer or OvrX Manufacturing Inc. directly. The warranty is limited to the replacement value of the wall panels. Proof of purchase including date of purchase must be presented to make a claim.
